POKEMON THE ADVENTURES OF ASH, MISTY, AND BROCK As the last chapter concluded, Ash misty and Brock met up with the Slave Runners again, but got away through a sewer. They all enjoyed a nice shower and even found $500! After the shock of being rich, they spent a night on the town, in Celedon, doing everything they couldn’t afford before. But their joy ride ended short when they didn’t make it back in time to the hotel and passed out in the street. “Oh.....my back hurts. Where are we?” Ash got up and looked around. He were inside the Celedon Police station siting on a wood bench by the entrance. He remembered walking around the town and going back to the hotel, but never recalled making it there. That was it. He had passed out in the middle of the street and the cops had picked him up. So he got up and was about to wake Misty and Brock when he discovered that they weren’t there! He walked up to an officer and asked,“Hey, where are those people that came in with me? Two people did come in with me, right?!” “Yea, sonny!” This cop looked awfully familiar, but she was busy doing paper work and not facing Ash. “Excuse me! Where are they?” “OH! Your still here!” She lifted her head and Ash couldn’t help but to groan. It was another officer Jenny. She got up and told him to follow her as she walked down a long corridor with cells on every side. Eventually they came to a cell with a orange haired girl sleeping upside down on a chair. He also saw another familiar face sleeping on the floor. “Come on, you two! Wake up. The kid you where apprehended with is here!” The officers booming voice knocked Misty off her chair and onto the floor. They got up and said hi to Ash. “This poor boy doesn’t know what the hey is going on here! You had better tell him yourself or I’ll tell him, and I’m sure he would take it lighter on you if you told him.” “Oh no, officer, that’s all right. He doesn’t have to know anything at all.” Brock’s cheap way of getting out of things was finally, actually, sounding cheap. Before it use to work, but now it was just disgusting to watch. “Oh all right, officer, we’ll tell him.” Misty’s honesty seemed really convincing, Ash thought. Maybe with some more acts like that, he could get them out of there in no time. As he was let into the cell, he started to think that he was in jail, too. Misty told him what he had already known by putting two and two together. The cops had found them on the street floor and picked them up, thinking they were a couple of drunks. Once at the police station, their faces were recognized and they were thrown in jail. Ash wasn’t caught because his problem wasn’t as bad. It was a local thing and not a Pokemon League thing, where all the city’s were alert, so they didn’t have his wanted poster. Anyway, Ash paid the $100 dollar fee set by Pokemon League and got out of the police station as quick as possible, with Misty and Brock right behind him. So while they were at Celedon, they decided to make use of it’s giant shopping mall, renowned for it’s quality and selection of it’s products. Ash immediately hit the Pokemon vitamin enhances floor, while Misty couldn’t help but go to the Pokemon toy floor, where she picked up some pokedolls and even a water stone. Brock, on the other hand, had an itching feeling to battle the trainer in the local gym, Erika. He knew that his rock pokemon were no match for grass, so he deposited them into his PC and took out a new team of four pokemon. His team consisted of Zubat, Vulpix, Fearow, and Sandslash. Sandslash was his real star, even though fire would beat grass better, it was Sandslash’s dig that would allow him to dodge spore attacks, such as stun spore and sleep powder. So with their names cleared and being set in a great city, the three have a couple of good days set in front of them. But where was team rocket in Fuchsia? Were they waiting here? Are they here now? And how long will it be until Pikachu stars in his own chapter? The answers are now free and loose and waiting to be read in the next chapter of Pokemon! |
