Q. What types of products do you offer?
A. We currently offer 3 original product lines.
1) T-shirts.  They are Gildan, Hanes, Jerzees, and Fruit of the Loom brand heavy 100% cotton, preshrunk.  Our original designs come in colors a few colors.  Custom orders have a wider variety of options.  Every order is hand printed.
2) Hats.   We have a limited quantity of trucker hats.  1 size fits most.
3)Gaming Bits video game magnets and clothing accessories. Hand made plastic mangets that are vibrant, durable, and sure to be the talk of your office, fridge, or friends!

Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. We employ Google Checkout which accepts all major credit cards.  We also accept Paypal and cash for our design services.

Q. What is your Privacy Policy?
A. CHOU! surveys and contests sometime ask to collect your information.  If you agree, that information will only be used by CHOU! to better fine-tune our services and is NEVER sold. 

Q. Do you have a Disclosure Policy for your Blog?
A. Yes, you can read it on our Disclosure page.

Q. What goes into the pricing of the shirts?
A. We heat press and screen print designs depending on the design and what would look best. Costs can include the product, transfer paper, pigment or fabric ink, screen set-up costs, shipping, and credit card transaction fees.

Q. What if my shirt is to large in person or there's a spot on it?
A. All of our products have a 20 day replacement guarantee!  Just e-mail us at mail [at] CHOUstore.com to request a replacement.  Just pay return shipping!

Q. Is there a forum for discussion?

Q. I have an awesome idea and would like to print a shirt! Or 10!
A. CHOU! can make your design a reality!  Prices vary depending on color of shirt (white is cheapest), number of sides printed upon (1 side is cheapest), and shipping area (contintnetal US is cheapest).  Contact us to discuss a quote.

Q. I need shirts now! Can you rush them to me?
A. Yes, we do complete rush orders. Our rush fee is 10%.  A rush fee may apply to any order finalized in less than 2 weeks of it's due date.

Q. Are you going to steal my idea and keep printing it?
A. No! CHOU! respects artists rights and the hard work that is required for designs. After you approve of a proof and the product is printed, we will no longer print your artwork.  We do post many of our external projects on our Samples page to exhibit our partnerships.  If you see your product displayed and would like it removed, please contact us.
